F.A.Q

Why come to Guadeloupe for endodontic treatment?

Our practice is dedicated exclusively to endodontics and uses equipment suited to this type of care, including an operating microscope, 3D CBCT imaging and laser technology.

Each patient receives care tailored to their clinical situation. A stay in Guadeloupe may also provide an opportunity to rest before and after treatment.

Please send us:

•  Your recent medical and dental records, including panoramic X-rays and CBCT scans, if available.•  A completed medical questionnaire detailing any allergies, current medications and relevant medical history.

Our team will explain the different steps before your visit. Where appropriate, and with your consent, we may contact your regular dentist to facilitate coordination and continuity of care.
As a general guide:

•  Initial consultation: 1 day•  Treatment: 1 to 2 days, depending on the clinical situation•  Post-operative check-up: 1 day

Patients are generally advised to allow approximately 4 to 5 days. The exact duration will be confirmed after reviewing their dental records and may vary according to the treatment required.

For information purposes, our team can suggest accommodation and transport options that may help you organise your stay.

Patients remain free to choose their preferred providers and are responsible for making and paying for their own reservations. The practice does not act as a travel agency or intermediary.

Patients can be welcomed in French and English. Additional language assistance may be arranged if necessary and subject to availability.

The equipment and medical devices used by the practice comply with the applicable European regulatory requirements. Where relevant, they carry CE marking and meet the standards applicable to their category

The cost depends on the tooth concerned, the type of treatment and the complexity of the clinical situation.

After reviewing your records and carrying out the necessary clinical assessment, the practice will provide you with a personalised treatment estimate. Travel, accommodation and transport costs are separate and remain the patient’s responsibility.

We recommend contacting your health insurance provider before travelling to determine whether any reimbursement may be available. The practice cannot guarantee reimbursement.

If you experience any symptoms or concerns after returning home, you may contact the practice for guidance.

Depending on the situation, an examination by a local dentist may be required. With your consent, we may communicate relevant clinical information to your regular dentist to facilitate continuity of care.

We accept:

•  International debit and credit cards•  Bank transfers•  Cash, within the applicable legal limit

Any payment arrangements must be discussed and approved by the practice in advance.
